Article 1 · Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the La Sphère platform, accessible at lasphere.co. La Sphère is an AI-assisted personal coaching platform offering support in personal development, emotional management and goal achievement.
Article 2 · Service access
Signing up for La Sphère grants access to a 7-day free trial. A Premium plan is then available at €18.99 per month, providing unlimited access to all advanced platform features, including specialized agents and personalized auto-coachings.
Article 3 · Pricing and payment terms
Premium subscription payments (€18.99/month) are processed securely through Stripe. Charges are billed monthly and automatically on the subscription anniversary date. Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. La Sphère reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with current subscribers being notified at least 30 days before new prices take effect.
Article 4 · Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, users have a 14-day period from the Premium subscription date to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, users may contact customer service at contact@lasphere.co. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the request.
Article 5 · Duration and cancellation
The Premium subscription is taken out on a monthly basis, with no minimum commitment. Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Users retain access to Premium features until that date.
Article 6 · User obligations
Users agree to use the platform strictly for personal purposes. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. Users agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order, and not to attempt to circumvent security measures in place.
Article 7 · Liability
La Sphère is an AI-assisted personal development tool. The platform is in no way a substitute for a mental health professional, doctor, psychologist or any other healthcare professional. Advice and suggestions provided by the AI are given for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice. In case of psychological difficulty, users are encouraged to consult a qualified professional.
Article 8 · Intellectual property
Content generated by AI during coaching sessions belongs to the user. However, all elements making up the platform (design, source code, algorithms, brand, logo) are the exclusive property of La Sphère and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Article 9 · Data protection
La Sphère is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on the collection, processing and storage of personal data, users are invited to consult our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 · Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing amicable agreement, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction over the dispute.
